WHEN ARE YOUR SERVICES NEEDED?
We are needed whenever there is blood and/or bodily fluids present. These are usually the result of a traumatic incident or unattended death.

DOES LAW ENFORCEMENT CLEAN UP THE CRIME SCENE?
No. Because law enforcement officials and crime scene investigators do not have the knowledge or supplies needed to safely sanitize a crime scene, the responsibility of cleaning up after a death is left to the family members and friends of the deceased.

WHY CAN’T I CLEAN UP BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS MYSELF OR USE MY REGULAR CLEANING COMPANY?
Whether or not the death of a loved one is traumatic, it is usually met with a great deal of stress and emotion. Nobody should have to add cleaning up the remains of a family member onto the long list of arrangements one is confronted. Regular cleaning service have not been properly trained and equipped to handle bio hazardous waste and has a legally accepted mechanism in place to dispose of this waste. It is a direct violation of OSHA regulations to send a person into this type situation without proper Training and Personal Protection Equipment.

WILL INSURANCE COVER CRIME SCENE CLEANUP?
Generally speaking, yes. Every loss is unique and while we cannot make any guarantees regarding your coverage, in most circumstances, the majority of our services are covered by home owners, commercial or auto insurance policies. We handle all claims and work with your insurance company before, during and after all work is completed. Rest assured we will work diligently on your behalf to collect payment and avoid any additional costs to our clients.
